• Conduct analysis and description of current processes • Formulate requirements for system development • Participate in backlog management of the project • Create technical specifications for development • Accept tasks and participate in testing • Create instructions and develop project documentation • Consult and train users

• Experience as a systems analyst in similar fields for at least 5 years • Knowledge of BPMN notation • Knowledge of modern management accounting approaches • Knowledge of Russian accounting requirements • Ability to think logically, formulate requirements, and describe documentation • Systematic thinking, ability to manage multiple projects • Experience working in a development team, interacting with developers • Experience in acceptance testing and describing system functionality
