1C Analyst

Coral Club is looking for a 1C Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, manage the implementation cycle, and model processes in 1C: ERP.

• Gather, analyze, and agree on requirements from business customers for enhancements to current 1C systems (ERP, Accounting, Payroll) • Manage the entire work cycle for tasks: from business customer requests to the implementation of developed functionality • Write functional requirements (FR) • Set tasks for programmers • Test developed functionality • Deliver work to the customer • Participate in the internal project of implementing the '1C: ERP' system as an analyst • Conduct project surveys: interviewing and gathering business requirements, analyzing the information received • Write meeting and interview protocols • Describe business processes 'as is', describe business processes 'to be' linked to 1C: ERP processes • Model processes in 1C: ERP

• Knowledge and experience working with the 1C: ERP configuration for at least 3 years • Knowledge of warehouse, operational, and/or financial accounting • Experience participating in projects for implementing 1C: ERP, 1C: ERP UHC, or 1C: UT and integrations with other systems is preferred • Experience in process modeling in the 1C: ERP system • Knowledge of business process description notations IDEF0, BPMN • Experience in describing functional and business requirements • Ability to set tasks for 1C programmers, accept development results, and test functionality • Having 1C: Professional/1C: Specialist Consultant certificates for 1C: ERP or 1C: UT will be an advantage
