- At least five years as a lead developer or architect on the 1C:Enterprise 8.x platform
- Designed and implemented corporate solutions on 1C (large databases, distributed systems, integrations, high-load systems)
- Knowledge of 1C architecture: client-server, client types, clusters
- Ability to design configuration structures (subsystems, modules, roles), data models (registers, documents, directories, queries), business logic (transactions, locks, forms)
- Experience with the standard subsystem library and mechanisms for extending 1C configuration
- Held a leadership role — architect, tech lead, or team lead in integration projects based on 1C and other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, and other major vendors).
