- Support users in the financial department and HR department related to payroll accounting and HR operations.
- Customize and enhance functionality in 1C:ERP for payroll and HR automation.
- Participate in solution design.
- Implement modules and subsystems based on 1C ERP.
- Configure and administer standard and custom configurations in 1C.
- Integrate with other software products and services.
- Create instructions and technical documentation.
- Provide user support.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least two years of programming experience with 1C:ERP.
- Experience with 'HR Management' and 'Payroll Calculation' modules in real projects.
- Advantageous: Basic knowledge of KД 2.0, accounting, production accounting, and payroll calculation.
- Knowledge of BIT.FINANCE.
- Experience in management accounting is welcomed.
