Job description
We are looking for an animator to work on an atmospheric 3D Action Adventure from a first-person perspective.
Responsibilities
- Create animations for the main character and third-person characters (NPCs, enemies, creatures): movement cycles, attacks, deaths, reactions.
- Rigging and skinning models in Blender.
- If competent: Setup and integration of animations in Unity / Participation in establishing the Blender ↔ Unity pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in game animation, primarily third-person (NPCs, enemies).
- Proficient in Blender: rigging, animating, working with curves and graph editor.
- Understanding of the animation export pipeline to Unity (or willingness to quickly learn with our help).
- Willingness to work on RevShare terms (profit sharing from the project).
- Interest in long-term collaboration and releasing the project on Steam.
- Responsibility, initiative, and honesty in communication.
Bonus:
- Experience with Unity Animation Rigging, knowledge of Mecanim, experience in indie teams, commercial development experience.
