We are developing a linear shooter with tactical elements set in a realistic post-apocalyptic world. The project is currently in MVP stage, actively seeking a publisher.
Responsibilities
- Establishing the pipeline for creating 3D content from scratch.
- 3D art direction: controlling the visual style and quality of models for the entire team.
- Management: distributing tasks among other artists (if any) and finding new team members.
- Co-creating key/complex assets that set the quality standard.
Requirements
- Hard Skills: confident mastery of the full cycle (Low/High poly, UV, Bake, Texturing), engine (UE).
- Soft Skills: ability to argue visual solutions and readiness to take responsibility for the results.
- Experience: portfolio with realistic content.
