We are looking for an experienced 3D Environment Modeler / Hard Surface Artist to create high-quality hyper-realistic models for environments, architecture, and objects. Fully remote position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Create hyper-realistic models of environments and Hard Surface objects.
- Model architecture, machinery, industrial equipment, interiors, and props.
- Prepare High Poly and Low Poly models.
- Perform UV mapping and baking of maps.
- Optimize models for game engines and visualization.
- Work according to technical assignments and concepts.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling.
- Proficient in Plasticity.
- Good knowledge of Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software.
- Experience in High Poly → Low Poly → Bake pipeline.
- Skills in retopology and UV mapping.
- Ability to perform quality baking of Normal, AO, Curvature maps, and others.
- Understanding of PBR principles and modern gaming industry standards.
- Portfolio with environment and hard surface work is mandatory.
