Job description
We are looking for a B2B Account Executive to be the face of the company for clients and help turn incoming leads into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of incoming B2B leads and support clients through the full cycle — from the first contact to signing the contract and payment;
- Qualify leads during meetings (online), identifying business needs;
- Conduct product demos and present solutions to clients;
- Answer non-technical and technical questions from leads (together with the technical team);
- Support clients at all stages of the deal;
- Convert leads into active clients;
- Control payment receipt;
- Work in CRM and maintain client documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar;
- Experience in Fintech / HRtech / Legaltech sectors;
- Confident working with CRM (using HubSpot);
- Communication, presentation, and influencing skills with key stakeholders at all levels, including top management and C-level;
- Strong negotiation and public speaking skills;
- English — from C1; conversational Spanish — required.
