Job description
We provide ad account management services for media buyers and agencies on major advertising platforms. You will be their main contact person — someone who knows what is happening, responds quickly, and resolves issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide quick and effective support according to company standards via chat, sometimes via video calls as needed. - Onboard new clients, introduce them to the service, set expectations, and build trusting relationships from day one. - Issue and manage ad accounts, handle appeals, track status and spend, and complete verifications via ID. - Resolve account issues (bans, unblocks, proxy errors) and keep clients informed. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, help retain existing clients. - Monitor patterns in account performance and client behavior, highlight insights that can improve the product or processes. - Collaborate closely with other departments.
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing or media buying is mandatory. - Understanding of how ad accounts work internally. - English language B2 and above (written and spoken). - Proficient Ukrainian language. - Comfortable working independently in different shifts.
Conditions
