Job description
Looking for an Account Manager with experience in affiliate and iGaming to manage partner relationships and drive growth.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop current partners • Work with incoming leads and onboard new partners • Support partners at all stages • Analyze effectiveness (CPA, ROI, LTV) • Reporting and control of key metrics • Identify growth opportunities and improve partner results • Provide support and consulting to partners • Control cooperation conditions
Requirements
• Experience in affiliate / iGaming (preferred) • Understanding of affiliate programs • Negotiation and communication skills with partners • English language (written and spoken) • Google Sheets (formulas, basic analytics) • Data and metrics handling skills • Systematic, attentive, multitasking • Soft Skills: Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Communication, and Empathy • Nice to Have: Experience in gambling / betting, understanding of SEO / PPC / media buying, experience with anti-fraud tools
