Job description
We are a product company operating in the fintech and pharma niche. Our main focus now is the creation and development of a virtual card platform for media buyers and an account farming service.
Responsibilities
• Provide quick and effective support according to company standards via chat, and conduct demo calls upon request • Re-engage and retain inactive clients through proactive communication • Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve client issues promptly • Identify areas for improving client experience and optimizing processes
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in affiliate marketing • Experience in affiliate marketing or launching advertising campaigns is a significant advantage • English level B2 and above (written and spoken) • Fluent Ukrainian • Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to provide high-quality service • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Conditions
• Remote work • 5-day work week (Saturday or Sunday will be working days, with a day off in the middle of the week) • Schedule on weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, on weekends: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Paid sick days • Opportunity to participate in conferences • English language lessons
