Job description
Seeking an Account Manager to build and develop relationships with partners and merchants in the crypto B2B space. Full-time remote position with a focus on sales and account management.
Responsibilities
### What You Will Do - Sales and Development - Prospect and close new merchants: e-commerce, iGaming, SaaS, fintech. - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signing and onboarding. - Define commercial models and deal structures for specific clients. - Build and manage the pipeline. - Account Management - Be the main point of contact for key partners. - Conduct regular meetings, gather feedback, and track partner metrics. - Identify growth areas: upsell, cross-sell, increase transaction volumes. - Prepare monthly insight reports on accounts.
Requirements
### What Is Required - 2+ years in B2B sales or account management in fintech/payments/crypto. - Understanding of crypto payment infrastructure: blockchains, stablecoins, on/off-ramp, settlement. - Experience with technical products — able to explain API integration to clients. - English at a negotiation level. - Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
