Job description
We are looking for an Accountant / Financial Manager to manage payroll, financial reporting, and cost optimization. The role involves building financial models and analyzing project profitability.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Calculate payroll for employees (up to 30) on the 1st-15th of each month, payment in crypto;
- Pay for supplies upon team request;
- Conduct reconciliations from payments and FB agents;
- Verify deposits/expenses by agents;
- Check buyer spends;
- Prepare financial reports (weekly, monthly);
- Fill out Google Sheets (reporting for each employee and advertiser data);
- Build financial models (P&L, LTV calculations from various traffic sources, cash flow);
- Control company cash flows, optimize costs, account for and manage all expenses/salaries;
- Analyze promising directions and calculate the profitability of all projects.
Requirements

- Experience in building complex financial models from scratch;
- Experience with anti-detect browsers and FB ads;
- Experience with numbers (finance/accounting/analytics) for 6-12 months;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables required, complex formulas as an advantage);
- Willingness to engage in routine operational work.
