Accounting Advisory Senior or Supervisor

### Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients. - Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP. - Assist with client onboarding and relationship management. - Oversee work performed by Associates and provide coaching and feedback. - Perform technical research and draft clear, concise memos. - Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for clients. - Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

### Qualifications: **Education:** - BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management. **Certification:** - CPA license or eligibility preferred. **Experience:** - Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting. - Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus. **Skills:** - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Skills Expected upon Hire:** - Entry Level Skills: Proficiency in handling complex accounting tasks, and consistently delivering high-quality work. - Intermediate Skills: Ability to create a wide range of asset and liability reconciliation schedules, assemble complete financial statements with minimal supervision, and suggest journal entries with complete supporting schedules. - Advanced skills: Demonstrating leadership potential by understanding scheduling of team members and allocating work; performing in-depth financial analysis and applying or researching complex accounting principles.
