Responsibilities
- Formulate and improve the company's accounting management system.
- Oversee daily financial accounting work.
- Organize the preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax policies and regulations.
- Manage company assets and user funds.
- Build and develop the accounting team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of financial accounting and management experience.
- Proficient in IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP.
- Familiar with global tax policies and digital asset accounting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
