Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly close activities for global intercompany transactions.
- Partner with Tax, Treasury, and Legal for intercompany agreements.
- Manage global processes for intercompany billing and FX analysis.
- Lead SOX-compliant internal controls design and implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance Data and Engineering for data issues.
- Prepare audit schedules and support audits.
- Support GL-related projects and team leadership.
Requirements
- CPA required.
- 6+ years in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years in leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls.
- Experience with SOX 404 implementation.
- Project management and systems implementation experience.
- Experience in FinTech or Crypto industry preferred.
Conditions
- Annual base salary range: $112,000 - $188,000 USD.
