Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients.
- Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
- Oversee work performed by Associates and provide coaching and feedback.
- Perform technical research and draft clear, concise memos.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for clients.
- Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Education: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Certification: CPA license or eligibility preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
- Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Conditions
- Work setup: Fully Remote.
- Hours (to ensure overlap hours with the global team): PHT 1:00 am (PHT) to 7:00am (PHT) and noon (PHT) till 2:00pm (PHT).
- The candidate may be required to work one weekend per month. In such cases, two weekdays off will be provided to ensure a balanced schedule.
