Responsibilities
- Performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group.
- Processing invoices for the Group.
- Acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense, and payment queries.
- Reconciling the accounts payable ledger.
- Invoice matching in Bank.
- Automating AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time, and smoother Month End Close.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Managing AP systems (Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR).
- Ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- 3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and own end-to-end processes.
- Understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Data entry skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
- Net Suite experience.
