Job description
We are a product company with a portfolio of mobile apps (games and utilities) monetized through advertising. We have developed our own ad mediation platform integrated with leading ad networks and DSPs.
Responsibilities
* Analyze app audiences and choose optimal ad monetization models
* Set up and optimize mediation: waterfall, bidding, floor price
* Work with internal tools and ad platform interfaces
* Conduct A/B testing of ad strategies and formats
* Analyze key metrics: eCPM, ARPDAU, fill rate, retention impact, LTV
* Collaborate with the development team on integrations and SDK optimization
* Identify growth opportunities and scale successful solutions
Requirements
* Experience in Ad Monetization / Ad Ops / User Acquisition in mobile
* Understanding of mediation, bidding, ad networks, and DSP
* Ability to work with analytics and monetization metrics
* Experience with ad platforms (AdMob, AppLovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, etc.)
* Understanding of mobile ecosystem and user behavior
* Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
