Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will:
- Greet guests, clients, and partners
- Handle calls and emails, distribute requests
- Organize and control reception area access
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Manage correspondence and courier deliveries
- Maintain order and appearance of the area
- Provide administrative support (document management, data entry)
- Assist with office tasks and supplier interactions
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Experience as an administrator, receptionist, or in client service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and client orientation
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude

- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, email)
- Fluent English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus)
