Responsibilities
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will:
- Greet guests, clients, and partners, creating a positive first impression
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Manage reception area, including visitor registration and access control
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain order and presentability of the reception area
- Provide administrative support (document management, data entry, etc.)
- Assist with office tasks, including stationery orders and supplier interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
