Advertiser Manager / Business Development Manager

We are an international CPA network focused on performance marketing in the iGaming industry. Our main business direction is Gambling, which forms a large part of the company's volume. Over the past few years, we have built a strong partner network and continue to actively scale and expand our pool of advertisers in international markets.

• Searching, attracting, and developing advertisers in the gambling vertical. • Building long-term partnerships with clients. • Managing the full cycle of communication with advertisers. • Developing the existing portfolio of partners and finding new growth opportunities. • Analyzing traffic quality and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Experience in a Gambling CPA Network for at least 1 year. • Experience working with advertisers within a CPA network. • Understanding the specifics of the resale model in the gambling vertical. • Experience with performance traffic sources: Facebook; PPC; SEO; ASO; In-App. • Understanding key metrics and performance indicators of advertising campaigns. • Willingness to attend conferences and travel.

• Fully remote work format. • Ability to work from any country. • Official employment possible for candidates from Russia. • Payments in cryptocurrency possible for specialists from other countries. • Work schedule: 10:00–19:00 MSK. • Participation in international conferences and industry events. • International distributed team. • High degree of autonomy and influence on results. • Fixed salary + transparent bonus system. • During the probation period: from $1000 fixed + bonuses. • After the probation period: from $1500 fixed + bonuses based on performance.
