We work with various verticals such as Fintech and Nutra through key sources like SEO & ASO, Google Ads, and VK Ads. - Strengthening the Finance division (MFO, loans, credits, PDL) - Acquiring top offers and maximizing monetization globally - Working with a team of 50+ professionals - Providing all necessary tools and resources - Offering real career growth within the company

The role involves: - Searching and connecting new offers - partnerships and direct advertisers in Finance - Negotiating and closing deals in key GEOs: Russia, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Vietnam, India - Securing the best terms - increased CPA rates, exclusives, private offers - Finding additional traffic monetization points - Analyzing competitors and identifying growth points in each GEO - Working with metrics, optimizing offers, participating in creative tests - Collaborating closely with buyers and analytics to achieve target KPIs

We expect: - 3+ years of experience in CPA / Affiliate marketing, specifically in Fintech - Understanding of MFO, PDL, credit offers - Skills in active partner search and negotiation - Experience working with international GEOs - Ability to work with data - Google Sheets, BI tools - English B2+, other languages are a plus - Direct contacts in CPA networks or advertisers in the West are a big advantage
