Looking for an Affiliate Lead to develop and scale the affiliate direction in the LATAM markets for a major international iGaming holding.
Responsibilities

- Development and scaling of the affiliate direction in the LATAM markets;
- Building and developing a partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and influencers;
- Formulating and implementing a traffic acquisition strategy through the affiliate channel;
- Managing the effectiveness of the affiliate channel and seeking new growth points;
- Developing the company's presence in the affiliate community and participating in relevant events.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in iGaming (LATAM markets);
- Experience in independently finding and attracting partners;
- Understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid);
- Experience working with webmasters, affiliate networks, and arbitrage teams;
- Understanding of key quality and traffic effectiveness metrics.
