An international product project in the iGaming sector, developing its own platform with a distributed team, remote-first approach, high decision-making speed, and focus on scaling.
Responsibilities
- Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: CIS, priority - RU market).
- Work with existing partner base: development, retention, scaling.
- Analyze traffic quality and effectiveness, collaborate with analytics.
- Connect, support, and optimize partners in the tracker.
- Control KPI fulfillment by partners.
- Scale successful traffic sources.
- Monitor market, competitors, and offers.
- Participate in profile conferences and offline meetings (2–3 times a year).
- Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email.
Requirements
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Gambling/iGaming vertical for 2–3 years.
- Practical and current experience with the RU/CIS market.
- Understanding of various traffic sources and their features.
- Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters.
- Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.).
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.
- Independence, result orientation, proactivity.
