We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in iGaming and affiliate marketing to attract and retain partners.
Responsibilities

- Attract new affiliate partners (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid).
- Develop and maintain the current partner base.
- Build and systematize partner onboarding.
- Analyze traffic and effectiveness (ROI, LTV, NGR, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Control traffic quality and work with hypotheses.
- Develop and scale the affiliate direction.
- Build processes and structure within the team.
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Mandatory experience in iGaming / betting.
- Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
- Strong analytical skills and metrics handling.
- Understanding of various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, in-app, social, etc.).
- Experience with trackers, CRM, and affiliate tools.
- English language proficiency from B2.
