Job description
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and scale our affiliate program for an iGaming project.
Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new partners; • Develop and scale existing affiliate campaigns; • Enter new GEOs and find growth points (priority — Tier 2–3); • Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms; • Increase deal profitability; • Build long-term relationships with partners and work on their retention; • Interact with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
Requirements
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming with a direct advertiser; • Practical experience with RevShare and Hybrid models; • Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics; • Understanding of key metrics and traffic economics; • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals; • Proactivity, independence, and result orientation; • Having a personal partner database is an advantage.
