Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in the iGaming sector to attract new partners and manage existing ones, focusing on the RU market.

### Responsibilities - Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: CIS, priority — RU market); - Work with the existing partner base: development, retention, scaling; - Analyze the quality and effectiveness of traffic, collaborate with analytics; - Connect, support, and optimize partners in the tracker; - Control KPI fulfillment by partners; - Scale successful traffic sources; - Monitor the market, competitors, and offers; - Participate in industry conferences and offline meetings (2–3 times a year); - Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email.

### Requirements - Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Gambling / iGaming vertical for 2–3 years; - Practical and current experience in the RU / CIS market; - Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics; - Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters; - Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.); - Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships; - Independence, result orientation, proactivity.
