Responsibilities
As an Affiliate Manager, you will:
- Develop and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming.
- Search, attract, and connect new affiliate partners.
- Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and agree on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Control traffic quality, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Optimize funnels with product and marketing teams.
- Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and recommend growth strategies.
- Ensure brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Identify new growth opportunities and test new traffic sources.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Mandatory experience with GEO Tier-1.
- Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
- Experience in negotiations and working with partner terms.
- English proficiency at C1 level (daily communication with partners).
- Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote format.
