Responsibilities
- Search, attract, and manage new webmasters in the Russian market.
- Find contacts of site owners, prepare individual approaches, and reactivate existing partners/webmasters.
- Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud.
- Engage in active networking to increase turnover.
- Identify partner needs and present our offers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an affiliate.
- Experience working with webmasters in financial, HR, or e-com verticals.
- Technical skills (UTM tags, postback).
- Knowledge of traffic sources and technical aspects.
- Understanding of sales techniques in our field.
- Market and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of client service principles.
