Affiliate Manager

We are a small boutique team, confidently operating in the traffic arbitration market for 5 years. We collaborate with top partners in the Crypto vertical. Our main focus is on quality traffic at acceptable costs and long-term relationships with partners.

• Actively seek and attract new partners, work with warm and cold leads; • Develop relationships and scale advertising campaigns; • Communicate closely with internal teams: marketing, product, analytics, tech support.

• Experience in selling crypto traffic with a solid understanding of the affiliate market; • Knowledge of payment models: CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare; • Confident negotiation skills and deal signing; • Independence, proactivity, ability to find unconventional solutions; • Own partner database.

• Salary + % progressive bonus grid + additional one-time bonuses; • Onboarding from the team lead, working according to established processes with daily meetings on tasks; • A compact team from different cities around the world focused on high results.
