- Search and connect new partners;

Requirements
### Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager or BizDev in Gambling;
- Experience from the CPA network or media buying team;
- Understanding of Tier 1–3 GEO and the economics of gambling products;
- Experience in finding, attracting, and developing partners;
- Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships;
