Responsibilities
- Search and attract new promising partners, build long-term relationships.
- Analyze partner effectiveness, create reports and plans for retention/growth of profits.
- Conduct reconciliations, agree on expenses, and transfer payments to the financial manager.
- Monitor the market, trends, and analyze competitors to find new growth points.
Requirements
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming for at least 1 year.
- Experience working on the side of an affiliate network is required.
- Understanding of monetization models (CPA, CPL, RevShare), traffic sources, and key ROI metrics.
- Knowledge of the market: main players, current products, and rates across different GEOs.
- Negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and analytical report preparation.
