Looking for an Affiliate Manager to build a strong partner network and significantly increase volumes.
Responsibilities
• Actively search for and attract new partners;
• Develop and scale current affiliate campaigns;
• Enter new GEOs and find growth points (Tier 2–3 priority);
• Negotiate, agree on terms, and increase deal margins;
• Build long-term relationships with partners and retain them;
• Closely interact with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
Requirements
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (advertiser or network);
• Practical experience with RevShare / Hybrid models;
• Understanding of Tier 2–3 GEO specifics;
• Having a personal partner database will be a significant advantage;
• Confident understanding of traffic metrics and economics;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals;
• Proactivity, result orientation, and growth mindset.
