Job description
We are an international iGaming company with a team of over 110 people, developing 5 products for the global market. Two of our key products have been successfully operating for over 5 and 10 years and continue to scale actively. We work fully remotely, value independence, initiative, and offer long-term development in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming.
- Search, attract, and connect new affiliate partners.
- Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and agree on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Control traffic quality, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Optimize funnels together with product and marketing teams.
- Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and recommendations for growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand requirements, compliance, and regulatory restrictions.
- Identify new growth opportunities and test new traffic sources.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEO.
- Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
- Experience in negotiations and working with partnership terms.
- English language proficiency — C1 (daily communication with partners).
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented.
- Skills for independent work in a remote format.
