Responsibilities
- Attract and develop affiliate partners (webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners);
- Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models;
- Manage and optimize traffic in Tier-1 GEO;
- Analyze partner effectiveness and improve KPIs;
- Participate in iGaming conferences and expand network;
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics for performance growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing;
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models;
- Experience working with Tier-1 GEO;
- English B1+;
- Performance-oriented with a focus on metrics.
