Responsibilities
### What You Will Do:
- Attract and develop affiliate partners (webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners)
- Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Manage and optimize traffic in Tier-1 GEO
- Analyze partner effectiveness and improve KPIs
- Participate in iGaming conferences and expand network
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics for performance growth
Requirements
### What Is Required:
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Experience working with Tier-1 GEO
- English B1+ (working correspondence and communication)
- Focus on numbers and performance
