Responsibilities
- Build, publish, and maintain OpenClaw skills.
- Develop CLI tooling for agent operations.
- Own end-to-end AI agent harness engineering.
- Instrument the agent fleet with data pipelines and dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Track research frontier and prototype integrations.
- Optimize LLM infrastructure.
- Harden agent sandboxes.
- Partner with product and business teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software/platform engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on with LLM or AI agent systems.
- Experience with skill & CLI development.
- Practical experience with OpenClaw, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
- Data science capability.
- Research awareness.
- Vibe coding.
