Looking for a hands-on practitioner to create AI avatars and automate content production for the US and European markets. Must have experience in large-scale AI avatar production.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Create recognizable AI characters and maintain 100% consistency from video to video.
- Set up a content production conveyor (batch generation, templates, API and script work) to eliminate human factors in auto-uploading.
- Manage the full production cycle: from idea generation/hooks to automatic uploading of finished videos to accounts.
- Independently manage account networks, warm up profiles, and bypass shadow bans.
Requirements

- Experience in mass production of AI avatars and process automation.
- Proven results on a large scale (own/client channels with views and organic growth/installations).
- English language proficiency for content creation in Tier-1.
