Job description
We are a music artist focused on rock and historical themes. Our goal is to scale reach through vertical video content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / VK).
Responsibilities
• Generate short videos (15-60 seconds) both manually and using AI agents
• Configure AI agents
• Edit clips and create dynamic snippets
• Create subtitles
• Manage and maintain a network of accounts
• Publish content (daily/mass)
• Analyze statistics (retention, views, CTR)
• Identify trends and adapt to them
• Generate ideas and hypotheses (content plan)
• Test formats (A/B)
• Manage the entire cycle: from idea to upload to analytics
Requirements
• Experience with AI video tools (any from the list): VEO 3 / Runway / Pika / Sora / Kling / Kaiber, Midjourney / SD / DALL E (for scenes and assets), n8n
• Understanding of color correction, video editing, exposure, depth, sharpness, aperture, etc.
• Familiarity with cameras and optics (approximately)
• Ability to work with text neural networks and create prompts
• Editing skills: CapCut / Premiere / After Effects
• Understanding of algorithms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
