- Hard skills: Confident use of at least 2-3 video generation tools (Kling, Seedance, Veo, Runway or analogs). You clearly understand the strengths and weaknesses of each tool.
- Consistency: You know how to achieve character stability from frame to frame and how to manage the plot.
- Taste and visual awareness: You have an understanding of composition, lighting, and visuals.
- Methodology and drive: You can explain complex settings 'in simple terms' and inspire people to be creative. You have articulate speech and a talent for mentoring.
