- English proficiency C1+.

- Willingness to work in the evening (overlap with the Miami team).

- Experience with n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of short-form video formats and their automation is a plus.
- Experience with ClickUp / Notion is a plus.
