Job description
We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in LLM, RAG systems, and Voice AI to develop AI chatbots and integrate AI with CRM/ERP systems. Remote work available.
Responsibilities
• Develop AI chatbots with access to real client data (CRM, statuses, history)
• Build RAG systems based on internal knowledge bases
• Develop voice AI bots (inbound/outbound)
• Integrate AI with CRM / ERP / API
• Build dialog logic under business scripts and protocols
• Analyze calls: transcription, QA, identifying deviations from scripts
• Automate call center and enhance operator efficiency
• Optimize latency and stability of AI services in real-time environments
• Work with large volumes of data (chats, calls, client history)
• Develop internal AI services of the company
• Collaborate with backend / DevOps teams
Requirements
• Experience with LLM (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
• Practical experience in building RAG systems
• Production experience in developing AI solutions
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, async, API integrations)
• PostgreSQL
• RabbitMQ
• Understanding of real-time architecture
• Experience with ASR / TTS
• Understanding of voice/chat AI pipeline
• Experience with APIs and microservices
• Experience with high-load systems
• Ability to work with business logic and real client data
