Looking for an AI-native Product Lead with strong hands-on skills to manage and deeply understand AI products, UX/UI, and integrations.

- Strong hands-on approach to product leadership.
- Experience launching and integrating large AI/data/enterprise products.
- Familiarity with government, public sector, enterprise, defense, smart city domains.
- Understanding of LLM/GenAI/AI agents/data platforms.
- Experience bringing products to production, not just PoC.
- Management of product and engineering teams of 15+.
- Strong UX/UI skills with experience in web/mobile interfaces.
- Ability to independently create a production-ready prototype in Cursor/Claude/Figma/React within 7-14 days.
- Excellent English and experience negotiating with C-level executives and top officials.
- High speed, systematic approach, stress resilience, and ownership.
