Responsibilities
- Test voice AI agents (real-time, delays, barge-in, noise)
- Develop and maintain automated tests (API, e2e, Python) and perform manual testing of complex scenarios
- Verify microservices interaction and real-time (WebSocket)
- Test integrations and error handling (API, telephony, fallback)
- Conduct negative testing (boundary cases, invalid data)
- Work with bugs, quality metrics, and test coverage
- Document results and test cases
Requirements
- Experience in testing microservice systems (auto + manual) for 2+ years
- Proficient in Python (Pytest, Selenium, Requests)
- SQL (Postgres)
- Experience in API testing and CI/CD integration (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
- Basic understanding of Voice AI: STT, TTS, VAD, barge-in, silence detection
- Experience in testing real-time / WebSocket / asynchronous systems is desirable
- Skill in finding unconventional scenarios (“breaking the system”)
- Russian — native, English — B2
- Experience working in distributed teams
