Responsibilities

- Repackage the best UGC from our regular creators into content for @curly.brand.original
- Manage Instagram and potentially increase the number of social media platforms — daily, lively, with character, preferably set up automation
- Create carousels, covers, infographics using AI tools
- Write hooks and captions for Reels that are genuinely engaging
- Work in collaboration with ambassadors and bloggers
Requirements

- You actively work with CapCut, ChatGPT, Midjourney — not just know they exist
- Understand what a hook is, why saves are needed, and how reach differs from views
- Have cases: took someone else's video material and created content that gained traction
- Experience in beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle is a big plus
- Ability to work independently, without needing constant direction
