Aventuramania is focused on three areas: author tours around the world, a tourism school, and an AI project. We need a lot of content in various formats.
Responsibilities

- Build generation pipelines: from transcribing meetings and broadcasts to ready posts and Reels scripts using AI.
- Gather agents for routine tasks: comment analysis, trend parsing, reach monitoring, reporting.
- Write prompts that yield results.
- Manage strategy and content plans across all directions.
- Create texts, scripts, edits, covers, stories — partly manually, partly through automation.
- Handle mailings and funnels in bots, redirect traffic from social media to TG channels.
- Perform analytics and weekly reviews: what has grown, what has declined, what to change.
Requirements
### Requirements
- AI as a native language. Proficient with Claude, GPT, Gemini. Understand the differences between models for various tasks. Built agents or pipelines (n8n, Make, custom), wrote bots. Understand prompting as an engineering discipline.
- SMM as a strategy. Think about reach, ER, conversion, funnels. Every action is linked to a metric you want to shift. Understand the algorithms of TG, Reels, VK Clips in 2026.
- Cases with numbers. Specifically: was this much, became this much, such sales or metrics. General phrases like 'managed a blog' or 'built automations' are insufficient — need clear points A and B.
- Independence. I do not formulate tasks every day. You come with a ready 'we do this and why'.
