Job description
Our team is searching for a specialist who will take on the setup and optimization of AI funnels within Chatterfy and help improve the efficiency of the sales department.
Responsibilities
• Optimize the sales department's work through AI setup
• Fine-tune and improve current funnels
• Enhance lead processing quality
• Set up AI replies and routings
• Identify and fix errors in funnels
• Create new AI funnels upon sales team requests
• Optimize current AI prompts
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with cases
• Deep understanding of Chatterfy and ability to work with AI logic
• Experience in building and optimizing funnels
• Understanding of AI model operations and how to write effective prompts
• Accuracy and systematic thinking
• Ability to clearly explain errors and solutions
• Ability to justify decisions
