Job description
Our team is searching for a specialist who will take on the setup and optimization of AI funnels within Chatterfy and help improve the efficiency of the sales department.
Responsibilities
### What You Will Do
- Optimize the sales department's work through AI setup
- Fine-tune and improve existing funnels
- Enhance lead processing quality
- Set up AI replies and routings
- Identify and fix errors in funnels
- Create new AI funnels upon sales team requests
- Optimize current AI prompts
Requirements
### Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with cases
- Deep understanding of Chatterfy and ability to work with AI logic
- Experience in building and optimizing funnels
- Understanding of AI model operation and how to write effective prompts
- Accuracy and systematic thinking
- Ability to clearly explain errors and solutions
- Ability to justify your decisions
