Looking for an AI Support Systems Specialist with experience in Freshdesk and AI model integration. Remote position.
Requirements
• Confident use of Freshdesk or similar services.
• Experience integrating Helpdesk with external systems (CRM, analytics, Suphelper).
• Understanding of AI model principles (classification, clustering, patterns).
• Experience in setting up automations and QA tools.
• Skills in monitoring and alerting.
• Understanding of L1/L2 support structure and escalation processes.
• English - confident reading of documentation and correspondence with vendors.
• Experience with AI automation setups or quality control systems.
• Experience working with L1/L2 teams and understanding their operational processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Suphelper integration and dialog annotation tools for AI training.
